ayu86 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 By accessing the ayu86 Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered Member or as a visitor — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the ayu86 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the display of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ayu86 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Services on the ayu86 Platform. ayu86 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all product categories, including but not limited to live casino, sportsbook, slots, and togel. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active.

3.2 Residency. The ayu86 Platform is primarily designed and operated for residents of Indonesia. You represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation. ayu86 makes no representation that the Services are legal or available in any jurisdiction outside those in which it is permitted to operate.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter into contracts, are not eligible to hold an Account.

3.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order — whether imposed by ayu86 or by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority — at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which your Account is active. If you become subject to such an order after registration, you are obligated to notify ayu86 immediately.

3.5 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, agents, directors, and officers of ayu86, together with their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in any promotional offer.

4.1 Registration Process. To access the Services, you must complete the ayu86 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. Required fields include a valid mobile phone number (Indonesian format), a secure password, and acceptance of these Terms. Additional details may be required during the KYC process described in Clause 5.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifecycle of your Account remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify ayu86 of any change to your personal details, including a change of mobile number or bank account, by contacting customer support via live chat.

4.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold exactly one Account on the ayu86 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts identified through any matching signal (including shared device, IP address, mobile number, bank account number, or identity document) will be closed, and any Balance held therein may be forfeited. ayu86 will make reasonable efforts to refund verified Real Funds deposits where duplication was demonstrably accidental.

4.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party or permit any other person to access or operate your Account. ayu86 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.5 Suspicious Activity. ayu86 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or where continued operation of the Account would present a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.

5.1 Verification Requirement. ayu86 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering compliance. KYC verification may be triggered at the time of first withdrawal, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any other time at ayu86's discretion.

5.2 Required Documents. When KYC verification is requested, you must submit clear, unaltered copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or equivalent;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement header confirming your name and account number for BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri; a screenshot of an OVO or DANA account showing your registered name);
• Any additional documents reasonably requested by ayu86 for the purpose of identity or source-of-funds verification.

5.3 Verification Timeline. ayu86 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. ayu86 is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

5.4 Refusal and Closure. If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a request, ayu86 reserves the right to close your Account and return any verified Real Funds deposits to the source payment method, less any applicable processing charges.

6.1 Accepted Channels. ayu86 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available channels may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

6.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction. As a general guide, the minimum deposit via Indonesian bank transfer is Rp 10.000, and via e-wallet is Rp 10.000. ayu86 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

6.3 Processing Times. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets are credited to your Account in real time or near-real time under normal operating conditions. ayu86 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank system outages, or public holiday banking restrictions in Indonesia.

6.4 Deposit Sources. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts, third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts where you are not the primary named holder are strictly prohibited. ayu86 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to place a hold on the associated Account pending investigation.

6.5 No Deposit Fees. ayu86 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; ayu86 has no control over and is not responsible for any such charges.

7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Only Real Funds (as defined in Clause 1) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds become Real Funds and eligible for withdrawal only after the relevant wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit or to a payment method registered in your name and verified through the KYC process. ayu86 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same Account.

7.3 Processing Times. ayu86 targets the following withdrawal processing times under normal operating conditions:

• OVO, DANA, GoPay: under 5 minutes from approval;
• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfer: under 15 minutes from approval;
• Other bank channels: within 1 hour from approval.

These are target times, not guarantees. Processing may be delayed during peak periods, scheduled system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per channel and are displayed at the point of transaction. Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account's verification status and VIP tier. Members who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

7.5 No Withdrawal Fees. ayu86 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. Receiving bank or e-wallet providers may apply their own fees; these are outside ayu86's control.

7.6 Right to Request Additional Verification. ayu86 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC has previously been completed, where ayu86 deems it necessary for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or account security purposes.

8.1 General Application. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, and other incentives offered by ayu86 ("Promotions") are subject to the specific terms published with each offer at the time of its availability, in addition to these general Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to Real Funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and validity period will be stated on the promotional offer page. Wagers placed on games excluded from the promotion's eligible list will not count toward the wagering requirement.

8.3 Bonus Validity. Promotions are valid for the period stated in the specific offer. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance without compensation.

8.4 One Promotion Per Member. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim a specific promotion only once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple Accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.

8.5 Abuse of Promotions. ayu86 reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reclaim any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to close the relevant Account, if it determines — at its sole reasonable discretion — that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: systematic low-risk or hedge betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine wagering risk; coordinated multi-Account bonus claiming; and any pattern of wagering that indicates exploitation of promotional terms rather than genuine gameplay.

8.6 Real Funds Priority. Where an Account holds both Real Funds and Bonus Funds, wagers will by default be placed from Real Funds first, unless the specific promotion requires otherwise. Once Real Funds are exhausted, wagers will be deducted from Bonus Funds.

9.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ayu86 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account and transactional matters; game-level rules shall govern the conduct and outcome of individual game rounds.

9.2 Sportsbook Betting. All sports wagers — including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), voor bola (Asian handicap), and single-event markets — are subject to the ayu86 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. ayu86 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were evidently published in error, where match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected, or where the integrity of the event is called into question.

9.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface and on the sportsbook betting slip. ayu86 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including setting individual Member-level limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.

9.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round or the recording of a wager, ayu86 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and to resolve the situation fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round or wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Account. ayu86 is not liable for losses caused by your internet connection failure or device malfunction.

9.5 Final Game Outcomes. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer activity, depending on the product category. Server-side records of all game rounds are the definitive record of outcomes and will be used to resolve any dispute. ayu86's determination of the outcome of any disputed game round, reached after review of server-side records, is final and binding.

10.1 Commitment. ayu86 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. A full description of the tools available and guidance on seeking help is set out on the ayu86 Responsible Gaming page.

10.2 Available Tools. Members may, at any time and without charge, apply the following limits or restrictions to their Account via the Account dashboard or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited;
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on net losses;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous playing session durations with mandatory cooling-off intervals;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account deactivation for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure with re-activation subject to a mandatory waiting period and identity re-verification.

10.3 Limit Reduction vs. Increase. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase or remove limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the change takes effect, in order to protect Members from impulsive decisions.

10.4 Minor Protection. ayu86 urges all Members who share a device or household with persons under 21 years of age to use device-level parental controls to prevent access to the ayu86 Platform by minors. ayu86 will not be held liable for minors accessing the Platform through the Account credentials of an eligible adult Member.

11.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ayu86 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account Balance:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with ayu86;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the age of 21;
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or automated scripts to interact with the Platform or to gain any unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other Members, dealer staff, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform software; reporting known errors without exploiting them is encouraged and welcomed;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name;
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit transaction after it has been credited to your Account;
• Attempting to access the accounts or personal data of other Members.

11.2 Where ayu86 reasonably suspects that any prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to freeze the affected Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before taking any further action. ayu86 will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in connection with any criminal investigation arising from suspected prohibited conduct.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ayu86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or your inability to use the Platform, however caused and on whatever theory of liability.

12.2 ayu86's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 ayu86 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that the results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13.1 ayu86 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 ayu86 may share your personal data with third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection services) strictly to the extent necessary to provide the Services and to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations. ayu86 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.3 ayu86 implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. No system is perfectly secure, and ayu86 cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.

14.1 Closure by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ayu86 customer support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, ayu86 will process any pending withdrawals of Real Funds to your verified payment method and deactivate the Account within 5 business days. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

14.2 Closure by ayu86. ayu86 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or court order requiring closure;
• Determination that the Member is not eligible to hold an Account under Clause 3;
• Extended inactivity (12 consecutive months without a login), in which case ayu86 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Member before applying an inactivity charge or closing the Account.

14.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform and the Services terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 11, 12, 13, and 16 — shall continue in full force and effect following Account closure.

15.1 ayu86 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notification displayed upon login at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately.

15.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Clause 14.1 and to cease using the Platform.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ayu86 holds its international gaming licence. The applicable governing law and jurisdiction details are available upon request by contacting ayu86 customer support.

16.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ayu86 customer support. ayu86 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under ayu86's international gaming licence. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to appeal on points of law to a court of competent jurisdiction.

16.4 Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.

17.3 For formal legal notices to ayu86, please direct correspondence to the email address above with the subject line "Legal Notice — [Your Account Username]". ayu86 will acknowledge receipt of formal legal notices within 5 business days.
